Before I forget, let me introduce Myself!

I'm Lacy! Nutrition and fitness have been a priority in my life for well over a decade. I grew up in the Pacific Northwest, and enjoyed the Sierras before relocating with my family to the southeast.
As a Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner and Certified Nutritionist, I feel insanely fortunate to support others in achieving their nutrition goals. After starting a family, I decided to advance my education in the field of nutrition, specifically whole food, plant-based living. I connected with the idea that solid nutrition forms the cornerstone of achieving and maintaining excellent health. It was this discovery that fueled my passion for evidence-based nutrition and inspired others in my family to pursue healthy lifestyle changes.

I enjoy being active. After my time in the Army, where I participated in a variety of activities including endurance training and running, I now enjoy my indoor spin bike and strength training. It is my belief that everyone can find ways to enjoy movement, whether it is walking every day or running a few times a week. Meeting my clients where they are in their journey is key to developing lifelong habits, while adding passion back into their activities. I am excited about supporting others as they reach beyond their comfort zones to optimize their health while finding overall life satisfaction.
