Nutrient Powerhouses in Every Bite

Cabbage

A cornerstone of this salad, cabbage is loaded with vitamins C and K, both of which play essential roles in immune function and bone health. It's also a great source of fiber, helping you feel full longer while supporting digestive health.

Carrots

Rich in beta-carotene, which your body converts into vitamin A, carrots are fantastic for maintaining healthy skin and vision. Their natural sweetness also adds a delightful contrast to the savory elements of the salad.

Edamame

A plant-based protein superstar, edamame provides a complete protein source along with fiber, iron, and folate. It's an excellent addition to any weight loss plan, helping to keep you satisfied and energized throughout the day.

Sesame Seeds

These tiny seeds are packed with healthy fats, particularly omega-6 fatty acids, which help reduce inflammation and support heart health. They also provide a rich source of minerals like calcium and magnesium, important for bone health.

Serving Size: 4 servings

  • 4 cups Mixed Greens
  • 1 cup (shredded) Red Cabbage

  • 1/4 cup (chopped) Green Onions
  • 1/4 cup (chopped) Cilantro
  • 1/4 cup (sliced) Almonds
  • 1 cup Crunchy Noodles

Dressing:

  • Rice Vinegar
